"Went there for a simple alignment for $150 which is fair… now this is where they tried to scam me. They told me I absolutely needed camber bolts which is a $20 part and then would be another $400 labor to install… on top of that I had a loose bolt which they charged me $94 to tighten it.. also witnessed them telling multiple customers they needed they new brakes and that would fix the problem… so they are trying to charge people $500-$1000 for new brakes when all they needed to do was apply some grease so the brake pads would slide properly… definitely will be taking my business to a HONEST shop. This behavior will be and should be reported the the BBB…"

"Update: I want to leave my old review up just to show that my bad experience was made into a positive one. I am so happy I went back. Floyd drove around with me to help identify the noise and location. He was able to locate the issue and it was a super simple fix.. thank goodness. He also went above and beyond making sure my brakes were done correctly and every issue was addressed. I feel 100% confident that my brakes were serviced right and with extra care. Thank you guys for all of your help and kindness this last week. Takes advantage of you and not knowing anything about cars. I went in to get my brakes looked at because my car made a clicking noise when coming to a stop. It was not a screech like my brakes were worn out, but something in the undercarriage. I was told it's my brakes and rotors and was charged $600 to fix it. My car has continued to make the noise so clearly that was not the isuue. I then took my car back when I was having a hard time getting it started and after research found out it was my brake switch. I went in there to ask if they could help fix it and look at my brakes again because the issue was not fixed. After some back and forth about how I knew what the problem was and I dont need a diagnosis they ordered the part and told me it would cost $300. My mom found a video on you tube and it is literally unplugging a plastic piece and plugging a new one in. Thats it! For $300? So unless you have money to throw away on some phony diagnosing and extremely high prices I would find somewhere else."
