VAIN

"I’m pretty bummed with my experience. I went to Ritz. I had long black hair and went to lighten my hair so eventually I could do vivids. I wanted to keep my hair healthy so I was prepared for it to take a long time with many sessions. I had mentioned this many times bc it was very important to me. First session she literally took me from black to gummy destroyed blonde. To fix it she advised cutting at least 4” off (ended up being 7”) and toning my hair but my long healthy hair is completely gone and still recovering from the brutal damage. I came back a couple times for a tone to give her a chance but I hated my hair ever since going there. In hindsight I should’ve said something but I knew there was nothing they could do for my hair. The last appointment I had with her she was gaslighting me and rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience & it sucks all my honeymoon pictures show the results. I was going to just move on without saying anything but it’s been months and I still can’t believe how damaged my hair is."

She really took her time, listened, and did an absolutely fabulous cut. She was kind and easy to talk to as well. The Vain Ballard location is beautiful, and everyone was so nice. My hair can be frustrating to keep up with sometimes and jumping from one studio to the next is a headache. I told Summer I need a new product to style my hair and my likes/dislikes, she recommended a new product that is perfect for me! She always asks questions while styling my hair, too.
