"This is THE best nail spot in Greenwood. I Love their service, hospitality, and quality. T and the various Nail Specialists are phenomenal. The pedi’s and mani’s are super attentive and include a hot stone massage. The mani neck massage is so relaxing. In regards to pricing, they are very fairly priced for the service they’re providing - I’ve paid more at neighboring salons for service that doesn’t compare to this place. I would and have reccomend T Nails to anyone!"
"Most terrible nail experience I’ve ever had. Arrived and was rushed to a seat; 30 mins in, the shop realizes they mistook me for another customer. Ellie, the first technician, blamed it on me and stormed off. Owner came to take off polish…waited another 15 mins for the 2nd technician to free up. The 2nd technician, Jenny, had 0 experience in ombre nails. Fake it ‘til you make it doesn’t work here guys…cuz very quickly, she’s dumped blotches of polish on my nail and didn’t know what to do next. When I patiently showed her pictures of what I had hoped for and tried to work with her nicely to fix, she blew me off and started to vent in Vietnamese. As she angrily takes off what’s left on my nail, she cuts my fingers and they bled (see pics). TLDR: came in for 2 hours and accomplished nothing. Rude and incompetent employees."
