All of our butterflies come from sustainable farms around the world, where they are raised in their chrysalis stage before being sent to us. We are committed to working with farmers who focus on native butterfly conservation and sustainable farming practices, ensuring that the butterflies are never taken from the wild for our exhibit.

The Kitsap History Museum, located at 280 4th Street in Bremerton, Washington, is a museum, store, and tourist attraction all in one. The Kitsap County Historical Society & Museum hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including the upcoming Butterfly Art event on April 13th. This event will allow little artists to create paper butterfly art and spread joy. In partnership with the Kitsap Children's Museum, the event will feature kids activities with a Spring Forward theme. The Community Case at the museum is currently showcasing a sculpture by local artist Shirley Sakatani, which recently won an award at the Collective Visions Gallery Art Competition. The museum is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 10am to 4pm, and on Saturdays from 12pm to 4pm.
