"Unsafe , dirty , thin walls and yes you can hear your neighbors next door doing anything. David Clarke property manager is very rude , lazy and unprofessional, he won’t do anything to help resident act like he own the whole property"

"I have consistently and I mean consistently put in noise complaints on my upstairs neighbors for almost a year and there has been an overall lack of an effective response or solution. It has been pretty much disregarded since apparently walking/stomping/pacing the floors all night every hour between 10:00pm - 4:00am, doesn’t constitute as a noise. I have loss sleep, there have been times I didn’t go to work, sometimes I don’t even sleep in bedroom, because the noise is so loud it will wake up from a dead sleep. So if you live here, I pray you have a decent neighbor who is not obnoxious and stays up all night. If not, you will be in a similar situation of submitting countless noise complaints and videos, with no effective response."

"1) The staff is very helpful and will assist you with your needs. Like anyone else who lives there. They are just as busy as I am. Schedule an appointment or walk yourself over to the office. It isn’t far. They are always there and welcoming even in a Saturday. 2) The maintenance is on point. Washing machine went out. They tried to fix it and replaced it within 24 hours. I found a small water leak under the sink. Fixed the following morning. Exceptional. 3) The trash is an issue to be figured out by the staff. Tenants complain about the trash but don’t throw only trash; they throw their furniture as well- disgusting tenants. So it isn’t the place but the people that cause the mess. 4) No issues with the mail. Amazon drops the package at your own door and the neighbors don’t touch it. Again, it’s the people and not the Apartment."

"I came home from Vacation and what a bad site to see, the trash pile up like to was a trash drump landfield.. i know the front office had to see this mess, ive been home for about 4 days now and the trash is still building up, no notice to the community about when this issue will be resolved.. This was disharding to come home and see this mess.. The Rent here is too pricey for the property to be kept up for the amount of rent you have to pay here. The garage gate stays broken, so im paying extra for garage the and anyone has access, smh.. The cleaning staff half way clean, trash in hallways, and in garage parking lots, floors are no longer vaccumed, what has happen here.For the time im here i would like feel comfortable coming home to a clean property. I could understand if my rent was under 800 month but it NOT.!! Im so disappointed right now with how this property is managed.. Im never late on my rent , because i value have a place to stay, but i dont like that facet that my residence looks a MESS!! So disappointed!"
