"While visiting friends and family between Christmas and New Year's, we found this hotel so nice that we came back to it during our trip. Nice King suites with a DOOR between the living room and the king bedroom. If we still had teens, this would have been great! Good bed, nice shower, all clean, good breakfast. I always appreciate seeing these eggs as the scrambled are too salty."
"I used rewards points to stay here and my expectations were exceeded. The rooms were much larger than I anticipated. They were larger than the DC embassy suites we had just visited! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was equivalent to embassy suites. I gave it a 4 for one reason only. There is a vent in the bathroom (I assume for heat ventilation) but it meant that I heard another rooms entire conversations while using the restroom. It was so odd and eery. I wonder if they heard my family everything we used the restroom."
"This hotel is by far the best ever. Robert goes above and beyond with making sure his customers are satisfied 100%. He is the best manager ever. The hotel is clean the pool is very comfortable and the food is amazing. 10 thumbs up to you Robert for keeping us comfortable with our stay."
"It was a very dark creepy looking hotel. The place wasn't as clean as other hotels at best they are below average on cleanliness. The water pressure in the showers was very low. The more hot water you use the less pressure. The sofa and the chair in the living area was very dingy, dirty, raggedy and old. The bed was pretty decent. The elevator glass window was filthy. Overall the hotel can use some remodeling and/or updating. Fresh paint, plumbing, new sofas and chairs etc. The location is great!!"
