"Dr. Hazen is the best. So thankful to be his patient!"
"I’m and out and all staff are very helpful. Best Dr. experience ever"
"I came here for a check of my sex hormone and ultrasound in 2019 because my doctor in my home country suggested watching those biometrics. The young female doctor told me I was overly anxious and she doesn’t think I need a test at all as I was so young. Just several years after that, I’m now having greater issue with sex hormone with explicitly higher than normal FSH and lower than normal AMH. Had I watched those metrics constantly, I wouldn’t have ended up in such troubles."
"I never made a mistake choosing this place, this was/is the best decision I have made for me and my baby. They are all caring and ready to help with anything. Dr Landy is an angel I don’t know how to thank her. But she is the best Dr Erickson is so good. I have so many names to mention but let me leave it @ these 2. Thank you all for all that you do."
"If you have other options, do not come here for obgyn. It has the following problems: * Waiting room feels more like the DMV. It actually even looks like the DMV, probably because it was designed with a similar attitude towards processing large numbers of people with disregard to comfort and dignity. * Rude check in people. IPad sign ins are off in a side area that is less visible. There are no signs indicating that sign-in should be on the iPad, so everyone gets in line at the front desk. Every few minutes a rude front desk person has to yell at people to sign in on the iPads. So everyone waits in line for a little bit, then gets yelled at to go to the iPad. When we went to the iPad, it didn’t work, so we had to get back in the front desk line anyway, at which point someone yelled at us to go back to the iPads. * Obgyn waiting room shares space with internal medicine. So on one side of the waiting room there is a bunch of sick people and on the other side, a bunch of pregnant women and babies. * There was also an issue with the appointment itself. Due to a communication error that was probably half our fault, they scheduled a 15 minute consult with a nurse practitioner. When we got there, they said we needed a 45 minute appointment with a doctor, so we would need to reschedule. Although we bear some of the responsibility for the miscommunication, the issue I have with this is that an operation that is more human focused would be set up with some flexibility in the appointment structure. This operation is set up in order to process as many people as possible as quickly as possible, thus making the most insurance billings as possible with disregard to the actual needs of the people to they are treating. Additionally, these people schedule patients many times per day, so they should be guiding the communication process to guard against common errors, especially since the layperson does not necessarily know what information is important and what kind of time or equipment is needed for their issue. I’m this case, it seems they are content with miscommunication because they profit from it by being able to schedule two appointments instead of one."
