"Friendly staff and nice to have availability for hosting community events. The location is very hard to find - literally in the heart/middle of a residential neighborhood. The floors desperately need to be cleaned (mopped with bleach!) in the large gathering room and the walls wiped down (drink splatter). Other than that, it's a nice facility available to serve the community."
"The location is hidden and a bit odd. It has a one way street and parking in the front is limited which can become a nightmare during election day."

"My son is currently in winter camp there, and I regret signing him up there. They neglect the kids, barely interact with them, the kids are all day in one of the 2 rooms that they can play in, all the time in font of the tv or video and computer games. The kids are not separated by ages, so you have 6 year olds with teenagers in the same room. there is always somebody eating fast food, either staff or older kids,they are just sitting with their phones or running around and being loud. The weather was in the 60s today, yet nobody took the kids to play outside. Last week I picked up my son, nobody was at the front desk, nobody bothered to ask me who I was and what I wanted, I just left with my son without signing him out...and nobody noticed. If you can, sign up your kid to one if Fairfax county community centers or Alexandria Community centers. This place is a dump."
