"I had a party for my son’s 2nd birthday at this location. I have to say, I love the experience! The staff were friendly, open-communicated, patient, and helpful. I loved how they structured the event, with everyone spending 85% of the time in the play areas and 15% of the time in the party room. For stress-free, the party host also gets to enjoy the entire experience with the guests. My son had a blast at his party, along with all our guests who attended. I definitely recommend this place for kids’ birthday parties and fun times. I can’t wait to bring my son back soon!"

"Enjoyed our Birthday celebration at Pump it up. Kids had a great time, facility was clean and bounce slides wereawesome. Staff did a great job communicating in advance confirming our needs. The day of went smoothly. Only negative was it took a long time to get the water that had been included in our order, and the party team did not come and get me as requested to assist with room set up."
