"The lady that owns it is racist, I guess she didn't know my family can speak Spanish and she started talking about me in Spanish in front of my face on like her headset. I didn't like that. Her energy was very off until she found out we could understand her. I really enjoyed this location, used to be our favorite one . Hopefully she finds better customer service."
"My kids were really happy but this was expensive with 5 kids. I wanted to do something with the family for my 2 year old's birthday. We could have got the birthday package and it would have been about the same price, at least worth considering. 4 kids jumping on the trampoline was $60 ($15 x 4). Expensive but the kids were happy and still remember their time here in well regards. Should have signed up for rewards beforehand as well."

"I was frankly surprised at how nice it was inside, how nice the staff was at almost all times and the overall environment. The pizza and wings were quite good. Virtually all of the games were working. The Internet for parents was quite fast too. My only issue was that the price was a bit more costly than I expected."
"This is a fun, great location to take your young ones. I would have given a higher rating but I was very disappointed and perplexed by the Halloween decorations, Chuck E's demonic costume, and the witch casting spell songs that were constantly being played. This is very inappropriate for these young ones. The pizza was good; staff was kind and helpful, and pricing is reasonable."
