"Poor service. Practice manager should cross train employees in an effort to provide seamless timely service."
"Had my first appointment with Dr. Sparrenberger, he seemed rushed and very disinterested in any issues I had with my eyes. Also when I requested my glasses and contact lens prescription twice he blew me off and told me to call back if I liked the contacts and he would "hook me up". The Federal Trade Commission Eyeglass Rule 16 CFR Part 456, states that it is a federal violation for a patient to leave without their prescription whether they ask for it or not. I would not recommend this office to anybody."

"I have gone to and appreciated this practice for quite a few years. Yesterday was my first visit meeting and working with Dr. Keith Smithson. I was pleased and satisfied. Dr. Smithson was very personable and good to work with - on point with determining an updated RX for lenses which will better assist my vision to be the best it can be! Stephanie, tech, performed my various testing procedures. She was very good to work with. I was also very pleased to see RJ! A special thanks to him for taking time from a busy day to help me select the frames best suited to my RX and best fitted for comfortable every day wear. This facility has a good team who work well together to provide excellent and timely service. I would highly recommend."
