"This company is not understanding at all, I had to call And cancel my appointment today because I'm a sub at an Elementary school and I got called into work just today, so I had to cancel my appointment for tomorrow because I'm supposed to go to work, now I'm being penalized and having to pay out of pocket because I'm working and they couldn't understand that. They will no longer get my services. I've had companies before who can be understanding and waive fees , especially when I'm just trying to work for my family, God forbid I do that. Worst company ever. I will add that o was not offered multiple times for telehealth visits as they owner replied, it was offered to me when I said I had to cancel and I already gave my reason, so that's a lie. I have a company who waives fees right now because they're understanding, and didn't wrote me a personal, nasty email stating that I don't think of other people's needs, which is why I have fired this company , and I hope that others find what they need from them, but I'm going to be honest about the experience I was given to help other's out, as I actually do care."

"I have delt with mental illness since I was 14 . I have been on many medications for depression and anxiety my whole life and knows what works and doesnt . Try telling her that she doesn't listen or care . She makes excuses when you express your feeling s to her about the medications. She in it for the money ! Ask her to do something simple she will not do it even dealing with another doctor . She is by far the worst I have evert seen . Never had issues with my other doctor . Don't go to her . Also she told me after I told her about medicine she said if it doesn't work to shock my brain that causes long term and short term memory loss she should not nknow that. I also called to get so.ething again she had another excuse a medication list"

"I have had 3 appointments with Dr O. My first was frightening, starting with someone new after being with someone who I trusted for over 10 years. My 2 was much better, she no longer was new, we both had gotten over the jitters and I was able to trust and my third was an emergency appointment that was handled with grace and patience. I was treated with respect and dignity during my time of need. I know that change is difficult and hope that you don’t have to need emergency services but if you do, be comfortable in knowing that Dr. O is wonderful in handling your situation."
