"I have gone to Berryville Physical Therapy & Wellness a few times now. Each time I've worked with a different therapist and each time they have been very attentive to what the problem is and discuss what they think will help me. They have always given me a paper copy of the excercises they want me to do between visits and have been great on explaining each and every one, along with writing down very clear instructions as to how to do them, and how often. They ask questions at the beginning of each visit regarding the progress I'm having, or any issues I've had since the last visit. I have gone to a lot of different physical therapy facilities over the years and since my first visit to his one I do not want to even try another place - and I would highly recommend them to anyone who might ask me if I know of a good physical therapy location."

"From my first interaction over the phone, I could tell this place was great on customer service. They called me back when an earlier appointment opened up (due to someone's cancellation). Everyone I've worked with is excellent from the ladies at the front desk to the people you work with. I wasn't always able to get the same therapist - but each one took time to read my chart before my appt and the switches were seamless. The location is smaller than other PT places I've used over the years, but it is big on what you need. I've made huge progress in a short amount of time and I highly recommend them."
