The difficulty in reaching my nurse, receiving incomplete information, and encountering delays in responses have added undue stress to an already sensitive process. While I understand the demands on healthcare professionals, especially in private practices, investing over 20k in treatments heightens the expectation for seamless communication. Enhancements in staffing or training would significantly contribute to a more satisfactory patient experience in such a financially significant endeavor."
