"Brought a phone in for a repair that was under warranty, took them so long to get the part in the phone was out of warranty and they had to get approval to get it fixed. Once it was fixed( was a screen protector repair but on a samsung fold so they have to tear the whole phone apart to do the repair) the same week it started having issues with charging. Never had an issue until they took it apart. Now they tell me bc the phone is out of warranty they can't repair it. Never had an issue before they touched it. So now I have a phone that still has year left of payments that won't charge. They have a lifetime warranty on there work but won't stand by there work on a issue they created. Definitely wouldn't tell anyone to go there"

"I drove an hour and a half to this location and I'd do it again. Austin helped me today with my Pixel 6 Pro. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I picked up the phone, they had a packed house. Austin handled things extremely well and told me what had caused my screen issue. He didn't rush the check out process to get me out the door like most stores would and he was so friendly throughout. I will definitely tell my friends local to Roanoke and as well as my town, that this location is worth the drive and business."
