"Pretty good chicken and sides. We had the family meal with macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and brown gravy (no pork), coleslaw, and biscuits. Sweet tea is good! Friendly and quick service"
"I want to leave a 5 star review because my daughter and I just had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE at the Vinton Bojangles this morning!!!!! The gentleman at the register was very prompt and polite. The food was ready IMMEDIATELY, and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!!! GREAT JOB Bojangles staff, we were blown away!!!"
"Customer Service was good. My food however was only ok. The chicken was really dry and they didn't add very much cheese to the Cajun Chicken Cheddar Melt. The seasoned fries were kinda soggy."
"Another restaurant gone down in quality. Sausage to small for biscuit!! Guess they will figure out a way to shrink the borounds next. Drivethru 2nd window basically throws your food at you when u pull up, barely giving a chance to ask for condiments. If u request them when ordering they tell u to ask the person 2nd window.."
"I went to Bojangles today, 3/30/22 to get my husband and I something to eat. Bojangles is our favorite restaurant in Vinton or should I say was our favorite, after today. I spent $23.56 on a Cajun filet biscuit, with mayo and tomato; that ended up having no filet on it just mayo and tomato. The Bo Cheddar melt, the chicken filet on it looked as if it had been soaked in dish water. What I think was crust was spongey and peeling off the chicken, which it didn't look fully cooked. We were afraid to eat it, because we didn't want to get sick. The best thing about the meal was the tea and bottled water. I don't think I can bring myself to go back there to eat and I will tell my family to be careful, no one wants to end up in the hospital."
