"The night shift is fine. The orders are always right and quick. The day shift? Absolutely the worst. The orders are always missing items, and burgers come without all the toppings. I ordered a large quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and it came with no fries, not lettuce or tomato, and it was cold. This happened a few weeks ago too. I understand food service is hard, but that is not an excuse to give poor customer service and consistently incorrect items."
"Awful service. Had me pull up to the next window to wait after they only had a part of my order ready. Had me sitting there for twenty minutes with no communication, only for someone to come out and ask me what my order was and had me repeat all my original order. 10 minutes goes by and no update. As I’m getting out of my car, a lady shows up and offers me my “remake” for the order I never received. My happy meal is incorrect, I asked to speak to a manager and she offered to re-make my happy meal and have me wait another 5-10 minutes. I told her no, asked for a manager and a coupon, which she ignored. How hard is it to keep up with orders and make things right when you have made a mistake? Absolutely awful service."
"It was okay even though my sandwich was not made correctly I got the big Mac I ask for no lettuce or pickles on it and they put both on the sandwich I had to scrap off the lettuce which took all the sauce off it with the lettuce and the pickles they just came off with no problem. I hope my next visit will be a better one."
"Waited 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me at the counter to get my to go order. I could see the bag just sitting there. I find this with most McDonald's now is that they never have anyone at the front to tend to pick up orders or customers that don't want to use the kiosk."
"This is by far my favorite location in the Roanoke and surrounding area. On any given weekday you may see two long lines but trust me this crew breeze through them. The Supervisor knows who is pleasant fast and accurate to put at the window. I've also never received a wrong order they get it right by verifying the order multiple times. Yes , 9 out of 10 times their Ice-cream machine is working."
