Taco Bell

"If I could give you all negative starts I would. This place is horrible I set in drive at the speaker for over 20 minutes just for no one to answer. I pull up to the window and have to blow my horn to get the attention of the employees. Then I get the same sad old excuse that they have new people bla bla bla. Not to be rude but I don’t care just please get my order and get it right that’s all I ask. I went home with my bag of food and stated to pull everything out 3 things are missing. I make a call to the place just to hear the same sad excuse. Once again I don’t care but I’m owed my food I paid for. When trying to talk the shift lead was rude and just keep talking over me so I shut up then when she stop I try to talk then she start again and hangs up on me. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life . You should get a -10 and I will never spend another dollar at this Taco Bell again."

"We came in tonight at about 7pm and left shortly after. I can’t rate the food because we never got an opportunity to order it. We stood there for a while waiting to be helped and despite 3 employees being there in eyesight no one ever came to take our order or even acknowledged us. The kiosk was there, but it doesn’t offer any of the pizza hut items (some of which we were there for). The customers in front of us also had a hard time with the customer service. We came in shortly after them and not one employee ever spoke to them, even when putting their order in the window. It’s a great building and we normally enjoy Taco Bell’s food, but the customer service seems non-existent. At least it was tonight."

"The night shift manager Tyshawn is a joke! I placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. I got home and realized they left out my taco. I called them and they hung up. I called back and they did not apologize for answering the phone and hanging up on me but I let it go and explained they left my taco out. Linda said to say I spoke with her and to come in she would have it ready . I did so and after 30 minutes of waiting I ask again(not as nicely) where is my taco. The “night shift manager” Tyshawn said “they have other orders and it’s just a taco.” About 10 minutes later they hand over a taco . At this point the rest of my food was cold and the whole ordeal took about 1 and a half hours . I called to get corporates number and Tyshawn told me to Google it and hung up. I called back and he said I handled the situation wrong I didn’t talk to him , I spoke with Linda(how am I supposed to control who answers their phone). He then said it was just a taco and hung up again. At this point I was furious . I called back and he said he was going to block my phone number . Again I asked for the store mangers number and he said it’s private I can’t talk to anyone on their private number. I called hershberger Taco Bell and the employee there agreed the whole situation is absurd and gave me corporates number . I called Tyshawn back at this location and told him the employee at Hershberger gave me corporates number and agreed as a manager Tyshawn was acting irrationally. He told me shut the hell up and call corporate and hung up again."

"The blonde woman at the front drive thru window needs a class in basic customer service skills. She handed me a bag of food and told me to have a good day. I knew I had ordered a box so when I said something she rolled her eyes at me then handed me the box. Fix your attitude hun, it’s not that serious."

"A little girl in Highschool playing manager falsely told everyone I cussed her out so they didn’t have to give me my food . Good thing I have a dashcam with audio . I got my food. I feel bad for everyone who has to work with her . She’s crazy ."
