10th & Dairy Apartments

"As others have stated, Juan and Steve are the absolute gems at 10th & Dairy. Whenever I leave my apartment, I actually I hope I run into them to say hello. They are always happy to see you regardless of the crisis they are working on at the moment. The amount of dedication and pride they put into their work is evident daily. They always go above and beyond and I don’t know how they do it all with just the two of them maintaining the entire building. I’ve lived at other places that had much larger maintenance and facilities teams for similar building sizes so they must either be magicians or work ridiculous hours! The building does feel like it was rushed to completion, with not the best quality products, so now Juan and Steve are spending their time maintaining and fixing things that shouldn’t be issues this early on. However, the location and staff are fabulous and make it worth it. Additional shout outs go to Cara and Rachel, who are always looking for ways to connect neighbors (whether through monthly events or the community bulletin board) or keeping our building welcoming and also efficient ( the package room is a whirlwind but they are constantly adding in ways to make it easier for package pickup - and drop off for the delivery drivers)."

"We love living here. The amenities are top notch and the staff is phenomenal. The building itself and the apartments have had issues of their own but the Maintenance team, Juan and Steve, have provided exceptional service throughout the hiccups in its first year. Their warmth and professionalism have made living here absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Dairy to anyone looking for an apartment in a very convenient location."

"Nice, new apartment building built in the last few years. We're very happy with our apartment for what we pay. Nice amenities, including a pool, gym, coffee machine, and pet run. Steve and Juan are great with maintenance, they're always so quick and helpful! And Rachel was very helpful when we needed to addend our lease when we got a dog!"

"This apartment is very new. Everything is modern, well-designed and aesthetically pleasing. Lobby and the first floor have a variety of leisure, entertainment and sports facilities that are very good and user friendly. I'm on the fifth floor and the view from the window was great every day. I work from home half of the week, and the coffee machinein the lobby makes getting daily coffee so convenient. Most importantly, the apartment staffs are very friendly! They respond to residents' needs very quickly and are very thoughtful. Since I've moved in, the apartment has added special charging parking spaces, bulletin boards, and even a gift wrapping station (with wrapping paper, decorative flowers and ribbons) for Holiday Season. All of these details have greatly improved my stay and I give 10th & Dairy 100 points!"

"Great building in a great location. The on-site property managers, Rachel and Cara, have both been extremely helpful, efficient, and responsive even when difficult issues have arisen that don't have a quick or easy fix. Steven and Juan, the maintenance guys, are also legitimately the kindest, fastest, and most efficient maintenance team of any building I've ever lived in. Their combined dedication to the tenant experience continues to impress me both as a tenant and as a hospitality professional."
