β OpenThe Greenhouse, located at 218 15th Street Northwest in Charlottesville, Virginia, is a leading institution in sustainable development. Recognized as the "2011 Outstanding Sustainable Development" by the City of Charlottesville Planning Commission, the Greenhouse is the only LEED CERTIFIED student rental apartment building in Central Virginia.
