"So far our experience with Indian lakes is wonderful the office staff and maintenance are on the ball and are so kind and helpful. The apartment we toured was perfect for our need of space and the only problems we encountered upon move in was the weather. The community is beautiful and clean and I feel safe here."

"The apartment complex has beautiful landscaping and walking trails. Its great for me to walk around with my daughter and enjoy seeing all the ducks in the ponds. Maintenance team is great at taking care of work orders. They make sure all the issues are fixed the same day. A plus they are pet friendly, so my dog can play with other dogs in the park.Their prices are best is this part of town"

"So, just signed a lease and have an emotional support animal. Their company does not follow the laws for an ESA, they make up their own approval process. Pretty sure the laws are there to protect people and their ESA. I guess a call to Wavy may get it fixed. Oh, dont even get me started on the 2 hours I talked to Dominion Power because this place doesnt even have the correct meters for residential."

"How many times can these buildings catch fire before someone is held accountable?? What is going on?? Five fires in recent years CANNOT be a coincidence. And I remember the car fires too, those were nuts. Just charred husks of vehicles sitting on Hiawatha, for weeks. It seems obvious that an arsonist is lurking? Are there no cameras? We lived here for years, near the pond, and the cockroaches were extraordinary and formidable. Worse still, staff tried to call them "water bugs" as if I didn't grow up in the Caribbean with monster cockroaches who truly were not as big and hairy as the ones who crept near our headboard in the dead of the night on Tepee Court! The one star is for the WONDERFUL maintenance manager, Shawn — one of the best people you could ever meet — and may he & his sweet Chihuahua live long, prosperous lives in another neighborhood! Get outta there! EDIT: I forgot to tell you that the windows & front door frame were warped so air could get in 365 days a year. The water bill was SET at $120+ a month? Why?? We bought a house and added another person to the family, and the water bills now are still $40 or less. Something is not right!! If these buildings are not actively ablaze, they are bending and sinking enough to let in the weather and the GIANT cockroaches. Management's canned, generic responses — in the reviews and on the news! — are not fooling anyone. A building was on fire today, March 23, 2023...again. These tenants deserve an investigation."

"Nothing but great things to say so far! Been here for acouple weeks so far and it’s very quite and clean. The building I moved into was new so lots of new tenants at once and of course lots of boxes and trash at once . Well the trash was super full and I’ve noticed the trash is emptied more then once a week and maintenance comes by very often to make sure it’s maintained and kept cleaned . I appreciate that so much considering I live right across and it’s alittle pet peeve of mine to see a crazy apartment trash can that’s not maintained . The dog park is kept very nice and cleaned, all the dog stations are stocked and taken out often . Office staff has been wonderful! One service request for a clogged sink and they came the very next morning and everything was fixed within a half hour. Apartment is perfect sized , great priced. I can’t thank you guys enough for making my moving process so nice !"
