The amenities were beyond my expectations would definitely recommend the kitchen was open floor plan both bedrooms were nice with walk in closets. The place had a fresh spell on every floor they keep everything clean and tidy."

"this apartment is so nice.The manager Alexandria tour us and shes very nice.But I would not recommend this apartment if you are not sure to apply and if you think you can be denied because they gonna charge you $50 for application fee and $225 for deposit thats for each adult.and if you are denied you dont know when they gonna return your money they said they will return it by check but they do not give you the exact date they said its up to their office.why they can just get the application fee and return your deposit since you are not approved. This is the only apartment that doing this.Its not fair to the applicant they are holding your deposit since you are not approved.I dont like how Ashanti talked to the customer especially if she knew that you are not approved."

"Absolutely love the location -- being in close proximity to town center you get all the perks of having everything within short driving distance without the negative of being too close to the busy boulevard. There is so much convenience living here for any lifestyle and if you work closer to Norfolk you're right by the freeway but rarely hear any noise from it. The building is still in progress of being built but so far everything completed looks absolutely stunning. The property management team is very friendly and helpful, any minor issues with the apartment upon move in were quickly responded to and corrected. The actual apartment rooms themselves are beautiful and the space surpassed my expectations upon originally looking at the floor plans online, if you're looking for an amazing renting opportunity this is your new home."
