"I've lived here for 3.5 years now and I love it! The location is perfect for myself and my 2 boys. Maintenance has always been so helpful and come fix the issue super quick. When I first moved in, Rianna was the office manager. She went above and beyond to help me when needed. Unfortunately, she left the property for a little while and it just wasn't the same without her. Thankfully, she came back!!!! She has been nothing but incredible to me. I wouldn't know what to do without her! She has always been there at the drop of a dime and has been willing to help with anything and everything. I couldn't be more lucky to live in this awesome complex with such an amazing office manager!"

"If you're thinking about applying/moving here, DO IT! I moved in on a Saturday, on the first of the month at that, and Johanna made the experience so AMAZING. There were a couple things that I had forgotten to have ready at the time of move-in and amongst handling residents coming in to pay rent, Johanna sat with me and helped me through every step of the way. I felt so terrible not having everything ready but she was SO understanding and helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful and I couldn't have hoped for anything better! Shortly after I moved in, I met Rianna, the property manager, and she too is AMAZING! Both Johanna and Rianna remembered my name after our first interaction so they truly make you feel at home....it also helps that they remembered my pups' names too, I mean, c'mon, HOW SWEET!! Speaking of which, the Bark Buildings program is an awesome perk of living here!!! The maintenance guys are SO friendly, always waving and saying good morning. Same with the other residents - it's nothing to see them outside and everyone always waves and says hello. Living somewhere that feels safe is always priority #1 and Ashbrook definitely passes that test! Long story short - 10000/10, love it here!"

"I’m so impressed with the maintenance staff here! Our AC unit froze and John was able to come right away and it was fixed within a couple hours! We also noticed another issue in the ventilation, which he returned to repair the very next day! Grateful for their attentiveness, friendliness, and hard work!"
