Domino's Pizza

"Overall the service and food from this location has been consistent. I always order with the app, as they have great deals for carryout. I usually use the "carside to go" option, and service is generally efficient. Only critique is that sometimes the employees park in the dedicated carside to go spots, so have to park elsewhere. Ordering with the app, the pizza tracker, and the carside pickup makes ordering from Domino's worthwhile. And mainly, the pizza's pretty good too."

"They never brought my order. I was watching the updates on the app go from order placed to prepping to baking to quality check to being delivered and as im waiting for it to say driver approaching it suddenly goes to Dig In! Like they delivered it And that was it. And on top of that They wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried calling but my card was still charged!!! I don’t have anything to eat for the day bc I don’t have a car to leave and now I’m out 30 dollars. Like I worked all day and All I wanted was a freaking pizza and now I gotta do all this blah customer service stuff. Just please at least give me my money back like cmon bro this is the pettiest situation ever"

"Slow and rude. Ordered online. Said order would be 40-50 mins accordingthe their app. 70 mins goes by, I call the store. Very rude told me they had a 2 hour wait for pizza delivery.That the info was updated, an I should've checked. Because SHE "updated" it. No way it should take two hours. No way I'm waiting two hours for cheap pizza. The lady called me a liar on the the time. I've done a lot of business with this store over the years. This was the last time from this store. The only thing easy about this situation was my refund, almost instantly. Too bad I like the pizza."

"Online ordering not working despite having used it before. Three calls and twice my call was dropped. Third call I was told it would be 45-60 minutes.. 30 minutes plus to get to that point! Dominoes is THE WORST"

"My food wasn’t cooked all the way. Spoke to the manager and he said no way that’s possible? Because their oven is preset. Well then explain how it’s still half done and half cooked? And when you walk in you have employees sitting on the counter.. I’m sure that’s professional looking also."
