"Poor pizza only slightly better than the manager’s ability to satisfy customers. Pre-ordered 6 pizzas at 4:30 pm to be delivered by 6:00 pm for a party. Pizza showed up at 6:40 and was warm and soggy. The manager told me I had to call the corporate office because he couldn’t do anything about it."
"Mediocre pizza, decent cheese sticks, god awful prices. Just paid $15 for a 1-topping pizza the size of my hand that they didn't bother to cut. (Oh, somebody had traced some lines in it, but it would tear any old place when you pulled, or no place at all.) Absurdly expensive, totally unjustified by the quality, and served with almost a disdain for their customers. You could head to one of the chains and get triple the pizza for the same price, and better. And you should."
"It’s been a month since I called about my order they messed up. No contact back I barely had cheese on my pizza, the sub was cold and hard and missed ingredients. When I called the person said his manager was too busy to help. That’s fine so I did the online forms… nothing. Called back again… nothing. This place use to be good but 2023 year has not been the best. Found a new place outside of Williamsburg or stick to Pizza Hut for better service and quality!"

"This is my kind of pizza. Thin crust but with a nice doughy edge that is perfect for dipping in their free ranch sauce. They need to work on their slice cutting skills or sharpen their pizza cutter as it was difficult to get the slices out. My kids liked their pizza as my daughter even ate the adult chicken Florentine over the pepperoni. We got the $9.99 deal for a one topping 14 inch and a 12 inch chicken Florentine. This pizza is similar to Papa Johns if you need a chain to compare it too. I would order from here if I lived in the area. Pizza took 20 minutes after ordering for pickup. Btw It is also right beside a. Cookie place to grab dessert."
