"Kaiser used to have check in desks at the different department entrance. However, they closed most to all of it, now and transfer to the first floor check in machine and reception. It's truly inconvenient, especially for the elderly. Also the staff here are so passive aggressive, or just directly rude to you. Just, the way they talk they sound like they don't care, have no patient and sympathy towards the patients. Every time I come here feels horrible, would not recommend."

"The Optometry section has very low quality. The services are very poor, and the behavior of his employees is also very bad. It takes a month to get a doctor's appointment then it takes a month to make glasses. I had an appointment in March. In the beginning, they told me that you don't need glasses. When I said that I had been wearing glasses for several years, they later recognized that I needed glasses. First, they chose the wrong prescription for me. When I used the glasses that I made several years ago, it was much better than the glasses that they made for me. I went again, but again they chose the wrong prescription for me. Now I need to check my eye again. This is the third time I have checked my eye in 6 months. I hope that the authorities will pay more attention and that the patients will be given high-quality services."

"The colonoscopy procedure staff at Kaiser is extremely knowledgeable and effective in its approach towards the medical service they provide. They provided me with the best easy to follow information and the way they approached the procedure was impressive and one that leaves no room for mistakes and health risks. I felt safe with the staff who treated its patients with extreme care and provided comfort to the patient. I was made so comfortable that I forgot I was the patient going through a procedure. The difficult part was the fasting."

"Clean facility and efficient check in procedure. The clinic assistant was cheerful and professional. Dr. Qutub was kind, thorough, and detailed in her explanations. She accommodated me very quickly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Wonderful physician. An asset to Kaiser."

"The pre procedure staff and Dr. Gosain were excellent. I felt super cared for and at ease. They listened to all of my concerns and were very reassuring. Once in the procedural area, it felt as though those folks were rushing. There was only a second to get myself turned into the position they needed, but they did provide comfort with a pillow. Over all I felt fine after this double procedure, and KP's Chat nurse was able to contact my GI folks with a question I had post the procedure. They were quick to respond and I had my answer not long after contacting them."
