"The worst EVER! Non responsive to calls and voice mails. Agents change so often with the highest turnover rate. Frankly, they don't care about the commercial customer, they seem to be in it for the commission only. Instead of helping they refer you to your insurance carrier, they are useless!"

What really WOW'd me though was my experience yesterday! I was finalizing the details of a vehicle purchase that I didn't anticipate purchasing for another couple of days. As it turned out - I was able to buy it on the spot, and had to quickly find a solution to have it insured to drive it off the lot.
