"It took me months to get an appointment to come here. I was able to see the doctor my first appointment. Everything went great. Was given a follow up for labs. I arrived 20 minutes early . The tech came out to tell me that she couldn't do all the labs. One has to either be done at a different location or early in the morning before 9. Why wasn't this considered before scheduling me? Completely wasted my time even after waiting almost a month for labs. The tech was rude and blamed the whole thing on the receptionists. The receptionists were nonchalant and didn't even apologize. I canceled any future appointments. I will never return. Poor service and they don't really care about wasting your time. I stood in front of the receptionists while they spoke to each other about the issue but never resolved it. I would never recommend this place. Absolutely unreliable and a waste of time. It's hard to trust an establishment when they can't get a very simple scheduling done right."

"Impossible to make an appointment. When you call, they ask you to text. They don’t respond. I thought I had made an appointment, when I texted to confirm, they said the appointment did not exist. Now they won’t respond to any of my texts. Dr. Rehman will tell you that you will be seen within an hour of your appointment time. So if your appointment is at 10, you may not be seen until 11. Then you will feel rushed while he sees you. I see patients for a living too, so I have to take a half day off for an appointment with him. Just overall disappointed. He came highly recommended by my PCP, but guessing she’s never tried to make an appointment with him."

"Dr. Anis Rehman is so smart and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed during our session. It was hard finding an endocrinologist that didn’t just do diabetes. He is very thorough. He help resolve some of my issues and keeping me on track. I have high confidence in Dr. Rehman. It’s a long drive for me but worth it for an excellent and attentive doctor. The staff at the District Endocrine are so kind and sweet. No matter how busy they are, they remain friendly and calm. You can tell the staff really like each other. Old fashioned politeness is so nice to see. It’s a small nice office. I look forward to my appointment since they are so friendly and caring."
