"It was my daughters first time at the dentist and the assistant knew that, however for a pediatric dental assistant, she was not friendly and seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. Was not interactive with my daughter at all but at least I was there to guide her. The doctor was nice, barely said a word to me tho she was just talking to assistant the whole time. Overall an OK experience but will be looking for another dentist to continue taking my daughter."

"I scheduled for 3pm appointment for my 2 kids.I was called at 2pm stating that they can't do my kids cleaning because there xray machine was not working. I told them it's fine I can proceed without xrays. The lady on the phone said let me check with the doctor and then came back and said come on in. I told them I can even come in earlier and they said come on in. So I picked up my kids and came to the office and Jessica the Manager said that they can't see my kids because they don't have x-rays since 2021. Whoever called me at 2pm Said they can see me. I'm assuming they overbooked me or Dr was stepping out of the office and they used xray machine not working as an excuse. I took off of work and picked kids up early from school and then I was denied an appointment. I have asked to be deactivated and when I told Jessica the manager that I was unhappy and I would leave a review she said go ahead. So they obviously don't care. I would stay if you value your time stay clear of this office."

"I have been taking my kids to this office for 6 years and never had any complaints however in the last few months things have change for the worst. Waiting time is crazy you can sit in the waiting room for a good 35 minutes before you are taking to the back for another 40 minutes. Sonia is very unprofessional she’s seems very unhappy to be there overall a unpleasant place to take your kids will not be taking my boys to them anymore. I strongly recommend management to look into it specially the unprofessionalism of some of their employees. It was sure a nice environment once upon a time."
