"First visit last nite and for someone who has anxiety/extreme avoidance for the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised how genuinely nice, understanding and empathetic everyone was. Not one time was I made to feel horrible for my situation, even having a moment when my procedure started. Everything was explained and done fairly quickly. I was shocked even how the staff were worried about me being comfortable while I waited for my procedure to start."

"If there was a way to provide zero stars, I would provide zero stars. I never even went into the practice, This was prior to patiently Waiting for a new patient appointment For two months! The so-called office manager of the Woodbridge office, a lady, is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered over the phone. She has no empathy or intellectual reasoning for that matter. Unfortunately, I’m I am extremely sick with the flu and unable to get out of bed and my son had a dentist appointment today 11/21/23 I called at 9 AM to ask for exception for his uncle to take him to his dentist appointment, which is only a cleaning, not a procedure, in my place. The office manager rudely stated there aren’t any exceptions, and said that I needed to reschedule. I immediately said no I am not going to cancel, hung up and proceeded to figure out what to do. This office manager canceled my appointment and had the audacity to sent me a text message that she cancelled. I called and I asked why did she cancel the appointment because I quickly found a way “guardian/parent” to take him. This so-called office manager called me “aggressive” And that she made the executive decision to not see anyone from my family in her office. When I asked her why, and to give me the reason how I was being “aggressive” , She had nothing to say. I asked the office manager if she was just upset because I hung up on her and if that was the reason why she was canceling. All she said was: “Call Medicaid and they can provide you with another provider. You are being aggressive and I have made the executive decision to not see you or anyone from your family” I am beyond disappointed. Appalled at how I was treated, I believe I was targeted and discriminated against because I am temporarily part of the Virginia state Medicaid. The so-called office manager could not give me a clear answer, and did not let me speak to anyone else in that office. I even asked if I could please speak with the dentist. This is the worst experience I’ve had in 2023. I do not recommend this office for you or your family."
