"Came to Gautier's with an unmounted hood that needed to be painted. Other shops had thrown me a quote over the phone while Gautier's wanted me to come in so that they could see the hood and my car and ensure a match was possible (it's not easy with a tri-coat red). They took the time to understand what I wanted and *made sure* it was a perfect match to my current paint. Easy to work with, and awesome pricing - especially compared to what I've heard others pay for this exact paintjob."

"I picked up my fathers car from here and the lady as she was moving it out, didn't feel the need to fasten or remove the "broken" headlight hanging off the car. As it fell, proceeded to run and crush it more, and ruining parts on it that would be reusable when replacing. Then proceeds to just shrug at me like oh well. Destroying someone else's property. I will profusely not recommend this company due to that. That is disrespectful and a degenerates behavior."

"I would not use this business. I had to use them due to my insurance. When I got the call my van was complete-I trusted that the work was done - when I paid my deductible they asked I meet them upfront and they would bring my van to me. The lady had an attitude as well about me leaving my rental overnight in their parking lot and told me they weren’t returning it. I said why would you return it when I asked to leave it overnight so I can get a ride back. Anyways- when I asked to see the work they did- the lady and I couldn’t get the van open. It was sticky and stuck. Lady said paint was wet. I said something is catching on the door. She acknowledged that too. Also paint on my rubber they installed too. And they welded the frame but they weren’t able to make it smooth. She admitted it wasn’t the best job but it was drivable: I said it should look new that’s how busy shops work. It was an awful experience and I don’t ever wish that on anyone. My insurance is now involved in this matter"

"My wife got in an accident at the beginning of March. We towed it to Gautier's because we want to support local family owned businesses and on top of that, they had high ratings. We were told we were 5th in line for an estimate. The following week we called and were told we were 4th in line. Cut to March 20 and our insurance called them and was told we were 8th in line..............WHAT!!??? we understand there was only one person doing estimates and it could take some time, but we don't quite understand how we can go from 5th, to 4th, to 8th after 20 days. I do wish the best for this company. I'm glad other customers were able to receive 5 star services from Gautier's and I hope future customers do as well. However we did not, and so I wish to let others know that the concept of a line means little to this company."

"I love these guys, always clean and professional. Very thorough, they find even commonly overlooked damage. Very clean and beautiful repairs."
