"Last night I had a flat. I am 66 and sorry to say I have never changed a tire! We pulled into Auto Zone and I went inside. Sean offered to help me. It was raining and cold. My husband has Parkinson’s and couldn’t help. Sean brought a chair for him to sit in. I asked if he would let me help and teach me so I could do it next time. I’m between customers he came out and would do what he could. After closing the store he proceeded to change my tire. He was friendly and so helpful. I don’t know what we would have done without him. There are good people in the world and Sean is one of them."

"I would give more stars if I could. I came in to get a set of screws for my license plate, and Shawn could not have been more helpful. First, he guided me to the generic license fasteners, as I have a Honda that should not have needed anything specific. When I went outside to attach them, they did not fit, so Shawn took it upon himself to find and attach the correct ones. He grabbed a shop screwdriver, ratchet, and Allen wrench and went to look at my car. It took many tries, but he never gave up, and he found the specific type that was needed at no extra cost. I really appreciated the effort that he put into assisting me, because I had places to be and am not very car savvy. This is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a review for an auto parts store, so thank you for going above and beyond."
"John, the gentleman who helped us with our purchase, truly went above and beyond. He explained the differences in products so we could make an informed decision and then completely installed the battery free of charge. We tried to tip him but he would not accept it. He was professional and courteous. We will be sharing our experience with others."
