They could of just charged me to replace it but told me it was not worth fixing because of other issues they found and didn't want me to spend my money and and end up costing a lot more in the end. "Called and talked to Will at 1130 on a Wednesday... Told him I suspected I had a hung right front caliper on my F-150... I had partially diagnosed the issue based on temp differantial been front two wheels, along with visable smoke, and notable burnt smell... Truck was on the lift by 1230 with complaint verified by his techs, parts ordered 1315, delivered by 1430 and I was back out the door by 1630... One new caliper, one new brake line, new pads and rotors, and all brake lines flushed out... Price was plenty fair for the scope of work, and then time in which the job was completed was great... Will also fed me a couple cookies and a sparkling water aince I was stuck waiting... A very appreciative gesture... Even without the refreshments, my review would still be 5 stars, as all of my expectations were met or exceeded."
