"Ordered lunch for the family, multiple sandwiches and fries at the drive through. I wasn’t offered any sauces. Assumed they would have put some in my bag. But no. Also ordered a side of cheese sauce that I paid for, but it never made it into my bag. I’m not satisfied. I live too far away to turn around and go back to the restaurant to retrieve things they forgot. Terrible customer service."
"Today I realized I haven't had Arby's for lunch in months- and was reminded why I cut them from my lunch routine. Long wait with a "pull up while we get it ready, we'll bring it out to you" despite a seemingly low business time of judging by the parking lot... which would be less annoying if they brought me the right thing. Ordered a classic sandwich meal and ended up with whatever the cheese one is, smothered in half congealed nacho cheese that made me gag when I tried it-- until that moment, I had forgotten that this was the outcome of my last few trips there, too. At least I got fries with it, so it wasn't a fully wasted lunch break. Will have to remember to either skip over Arby's or check it in the drive thru in the future, since this issue hasn't resolved itself. Maybe I'll remember to start going to a different one, even if they aren't as convenient..."
"I really like Arby's but it been disappointing visits lately. Last time our gyro was made so poorly. Bread not in one piece. Someone had ripped it so every bite squirted out. This visit...the grease need changed so bad. They are turning out brown nasty fries. The meat on the French dip was all in one lump in the middle. Make it like ur going to eat it! It like no one here has ever worked fast food! Wish there were another Arby's close. The fries are dark heavy and greasy. Old oil."
