"The food is almost always fine but there is something wrong inside the kitchen. The food takes forever to come out. As others have said, if you go into the drive thru you wait at least 30-45 minutes no matter the time of day. This location is the slowest chicfila I've ever seen. Every time I think I'll give it another chance I wind up wishing I'd just gone to the Pinnacle."
"Chick fil a never disappoints! Food was fresh and delicious. Service was wonderful as always. They even had the entire restaurant sing Happy Birthday to a customer that was ordering food. We often stop at this location when traveling from Wv to TN due to its convenient location off of 81."
"Normally the better location locally for chick fil a. Service is always wonderful, they get pretty busy so sometimes the waits are long but the food is mostly always great. They’ll even special order make my son a grilled cheese so I really appreciate that from them."
"RV-ers! NOT RV FRIENDLY! Food was great, but the to-go fries were only about 3/4 full. Make sure they fill up your fries. Service was fast considering the crowd. The drive thru line at around 1:30 pm was atrocious, and the driving pattern was a bit confusing if you're not a local."
