"We have gone here multiple times and each time the customer service is horrible. Staff is rude and never seem to have it together. The wait time is ridiculous! There could be zero people or thirty people and we have had the wait time be almost an hour or more every single time. Regardless if we eat inside or have a to-go order (says it will be ready at a certain time and when we get there it’s an hour later and our food is still not ready for pick-up). I understand if the staff is busy but unfortunately that’s usually not the case. I keep trying to give this place a chance but it never fails to disappoint!"
"Best wings ever! My first time and won't be my last!! Love all the tv's and the cashier was a wonderful boy. I think his name is Matt? We got take out, but he made me feel so welcome!!"
"Brisket burger was very good. Service was good but slow. They charged .60 for each side of ranch. Pretty pitiful when I'm spending 14 bucks for a burger. Otherwise pretty good. Please give me a "like" if my review helped."
"Food was as it is at any other Buffalo Wild Wings. We were a party of 9 so maybe that played into the service. The server stood at one end of the table to take all of our orders. At the other end, we had to yell our orders to her. Three of the orders were messed up, because she didn’t bother to move towards us while taking our order. She was nice, but maybe a little more training on large parties."
"Got the 15/15 traditional/boneless split with a large fry. This was the large fry haha- it was a laughable 7 dollars. It said our order would be ready by 8:50 we got there by 9. The traditional wings were quite cold with very little dry seasoning (I got salt/vinegar) but the boneless were okay, kind of dry."
