"Had an emergency hot water leak, the day it was going to go to single digits. They came out same day and fixed the problem in no time. I will definitely be calling them in the future!"
"Would not respond to voicemails or emails, or answer phone calls after service was complete. I asked them to come out in order to map out my septic so that I could determine where to build a pool. I figured it was a good idea to pump the septic too, while they marked out the tank and drain field with flags. They came out, pumped the septic, and marked where it all was. But--there was one flag they put in the ground far on the opposite end of the septic drain field and tank. It is where I want to put the pool. I called at least 3 times, sent 3 emails, and left voice-mails, to try to figure out why they put that flag there. Can I not dig there? No idea. They won't tell me. No responses to my inquiries. I wanted to know what the one flag represents. Can I build a pool there? No idea. So, I paid them several hundred dollars and couldn't accomplish my main goal simply because a supposedly professional company ghosted me. I am sure I wasn't rude or asking too much. Maybe they just didn't know the answer for why they placed that flag there, but I suggest you find another company to handle your septic needs."
"Cox provided same day service with professionalism! Customer service was great. Service team was knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend. Installed a new garbage disposal, fixed toilet that was not flushing properly and installed a new kitchen faucet. Provided trouble shooting for dishwasher that would not fully drain. Will definitely use Cox Plumbing again! Thanks for the great service."
