"I have NO IDEA how anyone could say ANYTHING about this place. I called them after getting a quote for almost 900$ to replace spark plugs on my old 2007 Toyota sienna. Was told since they have to access the "intake manifold" labor would be expensive. When i called Ladd they told me it would be 500$ even had an oil change as well! I dropped it off and it was ready in about 4/5 hours and it was EVEN LESS. 468.25$! Lady at the front is professional and efficient and they got the job done and done CORRECTLY. I HIGHLY recommend them. Might not be a fancy high end place but they know what they are doing and do it well and most importantly HONESTLY. Van runs like a dream even with 250k miles on it! Thanks Ladd! You have a customer for life and I will send everyone I know to you!"
"I went in for routine inspection They found out that my brake shoes were on wrong side of the front of the truck. They changed the shoes and did a oil change at same time. I am grateful They found this mistake and fixed it. Got me going again I will be back and this is going to be my new shop for auto repair. Thank you to all the guys who helped me today. And the price was great"

"Easily one of the worst experiences I've had in the automotive industry. I was told my fan motor was dead and that it would cost around $200 to replace it and I had to wait 3 days for the parts to come in. Ran well for a few days after until the engine started overheating again. Took it to another shop, and they showed me where Ladd hadsimply torn off the old fanblades and elbow-greased the new ones on without replacing the old fan motor. Do not go here unless you enjoy wasting time and money."
