"Great experience. The staff always surprise me with quality service at Valvoline. They go out of the way to show me air filter, show me oil level after completed, and walk through everything with me. I had one correction needed with tire pressure and they didn’t think twice, they had it completed and I was on my way. Wish more companies followed quality control like this company!"
"Went in for an oil change with the intention of getting a battery at another store later on. They were $30 cheaper on the battery than the parts store, which really surprised me. The only thing I could criticize was my door handle was greasy after, but a quick car wash took care of that. I'm not even gonna take a star off because the guys were so polite about asking if they could open my door to scan the code on the label inside. They even had a tool to plug into the computer so I didn't even lose my radio or seat presets when they swapped the battery. Great crew and I like sitting in my car with my music while I wait rather than a waiting room with some random TV channel."
"I really loved my experience at Valvoline in Waynesboro. This location has a great team of gentlemen who are polite, respectful, thorough, and efficient. Chancellor and Nathan and another young male were very attentive and welcoming. I loved how they showed me my filter, battery health, and oil. As a female, I didn't feel they were being pushy, patronizing or creepy as is the case at a lot of other auto places and I really appreciate that. This team had both customer service and mechanic skills and though it does cost more to get my oil change here, the convenience of being in and out coupled with awesome customer service is WORTH IT. Thanks again!"
"We have used Valvoline Instant Oil Change the past 4-5 times our car has needed an oil service. They are pretty quick, which is convenient. Friendly and knowledgeable. They show you what's been done so you can feel confident and recommend services you may need, but they are not pushy about the extra services. The price is fair for the service you get. There can be a little wait if there are two or three cars in front of you. Give them a try."
