"I was referred by my Dr to use this Lab. When I went to the lab to pick up my specimen containers and was explained what to do. This was the first time I have ever had to do this. The lady was wonderful very nice and helpful. Went in this morning to drop off and the young lady working asked me if I filled my name on each container I said no no one had told me to do this. She told me you don't have to come at me like that. Which caused me to get defensive stating I didn't come at you anyway. I filled out my name on all containers. Walked over to the young lady told her I have never done this before when I picked this up no one told me to fill out containers. I said I didn't come at you anyway she stands up from behind counter asks another patron who was waiting excuse me sir did you hear how she said that?? The guest said no and you could tell was uncomfortable for being asked. I then walked out the door and told her she really needed to work on her customer service skills. She continued saying I wont come at her like that. I continued out the door before I get out of character and things go left. I will NEVER use this place again! Nor will I ever recommend this lab. I work in the health field and this place is completely unacceptable."
"I have been going to this location for several years. Since day one, the technicians have been polite and very careful when working with my disabled daughter, and she is a very difficult patient to stick. They spend the time listening to the parents and working to make the process less painful and less stressful. Never waited more than 30 minutes without appointment. Conveniently for us, they open on Saturdays from 8:00 am until noon. Thank you for the great service!"
"The receptionist and Christina, who took the lab tests for my husband, were both very nice, welcoming and efficient. They waited while I made sure our insurance was accepted and then completed the paperwork. There was no wait and the testing was completed very quickly. I'm glad to have found Sunrise and happy it's in my insurance plan."
