"Beautiful playground. Complex climbing options accessible to both big kids and little ones. Tall slides, many swings, a spinning jungle gym, and various rideable animals. Everything is in great condition. Lots of shade. Adjacent splash pad is small, but nice. Plenty of benches, a picnic area, adjacent dog park, and public bathrooms. One of the best summer playground options in the city."
"Great park, great activities, great dog community! Serves the neighborhood well for youth sports, outdoor exercise apparatuses, kids playgrounds, and tennis/b-ball courts. Would be a shame to lose such a great community park, since these almost never get made after other things are built on top of them."

"A great playground that hasn't been redone, like most others in DC. It has a lot more personality and is much more fun for kids than newer playgrounds. It has a nice big grassy field, basketball and tennis courts, rec center, and two large playgrounds."
