"My husband and I recently moved here from Northern Virginia. We love how close the community is to grocery stores/shopping centers. We also love how quiet and calm the community is. My favorite part is the newly renovated gym!! The community staff is always very kind and great to work with. I highly recommend living here!!"

"This is the absolute worst apartments I have ever lived in, if I could give it zero stars I would! Where do I begin? When I very first moved in, I was promised new granite tops and new appliances and did not receive that on the move-in date. There was also paint all over the carpet floors and we had to pay over $100 from our own pockets to get it cleaned. The halls to the apartment are absolutely disgusting which are not hardly cleaned and they do not keep up with the yards. Grass is constantly overgrown. They do not keep up with pest control, even though we are charged with it every single month and they do not keep the flowerbeds and mulch clean and picked up. The walls in the apartment complex are extremely thin so you will hear everything within the building. There is a child that lives in this apartment complex that interrogates everybody. Cops have been called multiple times and I have been recording inside of my apartment from him. The child constantly steals packages, damages cars, tried to set the buildings on fire and my motorcycle was stolen within the apartment and they do nothing about the situation. My neighbors literally had to put two ring cameras inside of the building because it was such a problem instead of the complex because they do nothing to fix situations. The lady at the apartment office is extremely rude and came banging on my door about my motorcycles, instead of calling me politely about them because I had to keep them secure until I figured out what to do with them since they were stolen. The list could go on about problems I have had at this apartment complex but the overall point is that it is gross, not maintained, and the office does absolutely nothing about your complaints that are serious and do not care and extremely rude.."

"I don’t recommend moving here what so ever. Before I moved in, I requested a NON renovated apartment on the 1st floor because they were cheaper. When i arrived here with the moving truck to pick up the keys, they told me my apartment wasn’t ready and gave me an upgrade one. They did drop the rent amount to the un renovated prices, but when my new lease came around they bumped it back up to the renovated price and was forced to pay for it when I never wanted it in the first place. They charge for monthly Pest Control which we do not get. The utilities are unbelievably expensive. I live alone and my sewage, trash, water, and pest control are almost an extra 250$ on top of my rent and pet rent. The grass is mowed maybe once every 2 weeks and the dog park they “promise will always be clean and poop-free” isn’t. My dog always comes home with ticks on his legs from the park because they do not keep it mowed. The inside of the apartment buildings are always dirty. There is a 12 year old boy that torments the people of this apartment complex. The cops are called almost every day because of him banging on doors at 2am, trying to break into my apartment, throwing rocks at our windows, vandalizing cars, trying to tip over motorcycles, lighting things on fire, stealing packages, and the list goes on.. my neighbors motorcycle got stolen by the kid and his friends, and the apartment managers/owner will not do anything about it. They’ve contacted us acting like they’re concerned but do nothing about it. I’ve had to spend 200$ for a Ring camera to keep the people of my building safe and they refused to reimburse me my money. Over all my experience here has been terrible, and expensive for paper thin walls. I don’t recommend this place."

"Worst apartment complex I’ve lived at. They do not maintain the grounds or the hallways of the buildings. I had to clean the hallways several times because they didn’t do it for MONTHS. There was trash, leaves, and covered in dirt. The management is also terrible. They rarely answer the phone and NEVER call back when they say they will. They wouldn’t let my roomate renew his lease unless my husband and I surrendered OUR deposit, which we paid separate from our roomate…they also charge your water bill based on the entire building. So, if you’re a single person living in a building with couples and families, you’re paying part of their water because it’s split equally. We weren’t even there for a month and we got an $80 water bill. It’s ridiculous. Also, with how many empty units are available and so close to a military base, that should tell you something about the quality of the apartments and its management. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I moved in about 2 months ago and couldn’t be happier. The apartment was clean and looked new when we moved in. The property is well maintained and the staff is so friendly. Preventative maintenance is done with plenty of notice and Curtis and Amori are friendly and efficient… and very patient with four legged friends who want to help!! If your looking for a great apartment and community this is the place!"
