"I lived here years ago and the neighborhood is quiet you can't take a shower for over 5 minutes. The water heater is small as a thimble. Barely any hot water, a year of hell. If you love a cold shower this is the place for you, if not, look somewhere else."

"I am updating my review. This place is garbage. If I could give them zero stars I would. Maintenance doesn't fix things in a timely manner. The office staff doesn't have consistent office hours. Nothing gets resolved and a lot of the residents are very dissatisfied. I'm going to report this place to the housing development because no one responds. I've even reached out to corporate plenty of times and NOTHING. I guess I need to pursue legal action with my neighbors as witnesses because we pay rent and the apartment complex doesn't honor landlord tenant laws at all."

"I moved here a year ago and a half ago and this place has gone far downhill. It use to be a decent place at one point. Maintenance needs a lot of training. They break what you ask them to fix and leave you with a huge mess to clean up. Stuff in my apartment always break. Noise complaints about neighbors go unanswered. Shared hallways need a good cleaning. The new property manager should address noise complaints and do more than just sit in the office like the old manager did. The staff are very unprofessional new and old. You can tell in the management responses on here they are all robotic never addressing the issues on the review. This place is infested with roaches. It's probably because the dumpsters dont get taken care of. If you move here they will show you the nice model then give you a dump for an apartment."

"I lived here for almost two years. I understand It's an apartment but my neighbors was always really loud. I have called the police, cried to management and nothing happened. Your voice is not heard. They have water bug Infestation. Trash is always outside. It really has taking a left turns. Not a good place to live. cheap but not a great place to live. Management never returns your calls."

"I’ve lived here for one year. The model was nothing like our actual apartment. The layout was the same but the carpet is old, the bathroom flooring is old and gross. The bathtub is plastic and very thin, along with the water pressure being really bad. They decided to do repairs to the units water pipes and our water was dirty, yellow, and smelled like sewage for 2 days while they were doing the pipes. I understand stuff has to be repaired but I couldn’t shower or use the water to cook for 2 DAYS. Our apartment smelled like cigarettes at move in, it was very strong. They did nothing to remove the smell but offer to use a filter machine that required us to leave our apartment for the weekend and our electric bill would have been $150 more for running it. Our unit is near the water. We have water bugs at the entrance of our apartment and they will fly through our vents. I’m not exaggerating! The vents are also very dusty. I have had my car tires slashed 3 times, went to the leasing office with the reports and they didn’t care. Overall, I needed a place and it’s cheap. You get what you pay for, which is nothing. The leasing office almost never answers the phone and they are very bland. I wouldn’t suggest moving here. But if you can deal with bugs, cheap repairs, unprofessional management, and need a cheap place then it’s for you!"
