"I have been living here for 2 years now and it is one of the WORST places I've lived in. Always having pipes leaking and mold issues, but nothing is done about the mold. They call it "discoloration." We try to terminate our lease but they won't let us leave, even though we are providing substantial evidence of mold. If I could leave zero stars I would."
"I have lived in this community for over twenty years. i love it here. Management is wonderful. If you have a problem, it is usually taken care of the same day you contact them. You have a lot of businesses around within walking distance, and it is a safe community."
"Originally I toured a same owned community in Newport News, VA, for my sister and niece. When my niece got a job in VA Beach, they were offered an apartment at Indian River. Management was very helpful with changing the paperwork. They have been there a few years and love it. I visit often and enjoy it there. The apartment is nice; the outside and other areas are always clean. Guest parking is tight, but parking on the street is not a problem for me. My sister and niece like their neighbors and have said the (small) staff is friendly and reliable. My sister asked me to write a nice review for her because she appreciates how great the staff is."
"Ms.Cat in the office is super nice & very helpful. Quiet area. Apartments are very well maintained. Maintenance is excellent. Only con kids don’t have space to play anywhere outside no park but there is a common area. Would recommend living here."
