Carrabba's Italian Grill

"The server seemed a little confused or distracted when taking our orders. When the meals were brought to the table, our order was mixed up with the table next to us, but the meals were quickly worked out. The salad was tasty and the eggplant parmigiana was good, but there was too much breading for my liking. I was going to order a dessert to share, but the waitress never asked us if we wanted any. I found the price for the meals to be a little high for Italian food. Will I return? Maybe..."

"Worst customer service we’ve EVER had. Took 25 min to get someone to take our order. Got our drinks incorrect. Waited 10 min for a straw. Cloth napkin was soaked. Forgot to get our water. Waitress didn’t put my husband’s order in correctly. Received incorrect food and had to wait. Handed us incorrect bill with extra meal and wrong drinks on it. Brought us to-go drinks but they were incorrect. Didn’t clear our plates when done….we sat at the table stacked with empty food plates. Never refilled our empty glasses. We felt like we were in the twilight zone. How could THAT many things go wrong! And the food was mediocre at best. Pasta over-cooked and bland dishes. NEVER coming back. And glad we didn’t take the time to speak to management. If you read the rest of the poor reviews, management makes no apologies and doesn’t seem to care."

"This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but now I don’t want to come here again. About 2 months ago, my husband and I had a date here and we both left so disappointed. The service was awful. After we were seated, not a single server acknowledged us. We waited over 10 minutes for our server who didn’t greet us. I had to get up and look for the manager to ask for our server. After that, we still waited another 5 minutes before the server came to our table and she didn’t ever apologized. We ordered our drinks and food. After 20 minutes a different server brought our soup, cold soup I may say. The server didn’t even offer refills. Awful service. We went back a month later to give it another try. But this time it was even worse. No server for 15 minutes. Cold soup again. No refills again. Server did not checked back with us. Almost 30 minutes after we placed our order, the server comes to our table asking me what I had ordered because she forget to put in my order. Really!!! I don’t understand what’s going on with this restaurant. Just awful service. Don’t go here. Zero stars!!!"

"Delicious and so worth a visit. This is my second visit and I have to say, Carrabba's is becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Richmond. The food is delicious, and the drinks never miss! The atmosphere is very relaxing and service was great. If you're looking for a restaurant for a date or celebration, visit Carrabba's"

"My partner and I went to Carrabba's on a Saturday in April around 11:30am. We were seated right away and it was not busy. We were served bread and oil and ordered calamari as an appetizer. Our meals came with either soup or salad also. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We both ordered pasta dishes and I got their gluten-free noodles. It's really a hit-or-miss with gluten-free noodles, but these were delicious!! We were overall really impressed with everything! The wait staff were responsive and friendly as well. We had a great experience and cannot wait to return!"
