"My husband and I purchased $500 worth of laminate floors from lumber liquidators to only get home and have the floors chips after the first roll was laid down we called the store and they told us to bring the boards back to only be told they need to test the boards in order to refund our money no extra compensation was given after we’ve drove to Virginia Beach twice to pick up the material paid a contractor to lay down the floors and wasted our time I will never give them my business again not to mention the employees are rude nonchalant and don’t care about your problem"
"All of the staff at the Hampton Lumber Liquidators location are knowledgeable and very helpful. They provided numerous samples for me to take home, free of charge, (unlike other stores). Once I decided on the Rocky Hill Hickory waterproof flooring, the order and delivery process was smooth. Ashley ensured that I had the required end caps, t-molds etc. I installed my flooring and had a few boxes to return which I was able to do free of hassle. Love my floor!!"
