"I used to shop here, but after my last experience will not shop there again. I bought a tool, which turned out to be faulty. I went back for a return and the manager was rude and said that because the packaging was open I could not get a refund, or exchange, that was their policy. There was no way to tell if the tool was bad without opening the packaging. Plus, there is no excuse to be rude. When I feel cheated I don't go back, that is my policy. Surprise Advance Auto, there are plenty of other auto parts companies in the area, as well as online to buy from."
