"Food was great. However, the menu is not clear enough on the size of the meals and how many it will feed. The employee who also answered the phone could not explain the size of the meals either, which led to me ordering 6pc wings (small sized wings) for two people, which was not enough. A part of customer services involves providing recommendations and understanding the menu. Not going to order again if I can't determine what I'm getting."

"Horrible experience tonight. I walked in and waited at least a solid 10 minutes to order. My food didn’t come for a whole 40 minutes after I reminded them I’d been waiting for 30. Every other person in the restaurant had their food before me, including people who came after me; they definitely forgot my order and I think I would’ve been sitting there for over an hour. Had to point out my sauces were missing. The $10 shareable seasoned fries (while very crunchy and good) did not seem worth $10, so I wonder if they gave me a single serving side. Chicken wasn’t crunchy and hardly sauced. Overall, really disappointed because I love Bonchon, but this location really needs work."

"The chicken sandwich here is just about the best you can get. That's saying a lot, considering how many places have been coming out with new sandwiches. The fries are really good, too. They added a meal option for a drink and side, but the total still comes to $18. That's a little on the high side. Even still, you won't be disappointed with the food. Store is clean and the decor is modern fast casual style."

"I’ve been seeing Bonchon’s pop up everywhere so me and a few of the guys gave it a shot. I ordered the wings and the Katsu. The fried chicken in the Katsu was crispy with some sauce on the top. I enjoyed that part, but underneath was just plain white rice. I was expecting sauce or possibly some vegetables to accompany the chicken. I also ordered a side of the wings. They were pretty good but everything was a bit overpriced for the portion size they give you. Just a so-so meal."

"A high price for what seems like a “knockoff” version of Bonchon. I’ve had it from 4 different locations and the wings here look and taste completely different. I picked up my order of 20 wings first to only be handed 10, they didn’t put my order together properly. Then I had to go back in and they made me the remaining 10, but forgot to put the side back into the bag. Even though this place is brand new, it was dirty, unorganized, and the kitchen looked like a mess and unsanitary. Management must not be around often. I took my wings back home, only to find that they were heavily coated with batter, poorly coated with seasoning/sauce and didn’t taste anything like Bonchon. I feel like they didn’t mix the batter properly, and didn’t use the proper amount of seasoning/sauce. Overall, a terrible experience from a chain I absolutely LOVE. Even though this location is walking distance from me, I will be getting my Bonchon from one of the other locations next time. Management, please do some visits and quality control checks. This place is really giving Bonchon a bad image. UPDATE 4/4/2022: After this review and a separate email to Bonchon corporate nothing has been done to fix the situation. Management said they’d look into it, and Bonchon tried saying it’s because they have a different menu at this location and they changed the recipe for the strips (which I didn’t order)? No one has attempted to remedy the issue."
