"Took almost 2 hours to fill my prescription. They told me to come back in 30 mins. When I came back in 40 mins they said they just got the prescription and to come back in 30 mins from the doctor which was untrue bc they told me they already received it."

"Shortage of essential medicine that is required for some patients. One day, the staff says they have my medicine, and later on the same day, they are out of my medicine. The staff often suggests checking other Walgreens, but the other ones also don't have my medicine even after my doctor sent a prescription to Walgreens."
"This used to be great. Helpful competent pharmacy staff, well stocked. Now it's a mess. Slow to fill orders, don't respond by phone, "pharmacist review" is a dead end. Tried calling, hung up on me 5 times. Drove over, place has "closed system down" sign on door. This keeps happening. Will have to transfer prescriptions elsewhere. Ironically, I did that to here this year because Safeway app was so bad."
"Used to love this place. Unfortunately, the place has gone down hill noticeably this year. Most staff in the front are now not that great, just ok and that's fine. At the pharmacy though, WOW, terrible. Other than the 1 poor pharmacist (seem only 1 on duty at a time) who always seemingly tries to help, but looks overworked and defeated, all the staff back there are rude, attitude-filled, disrespectful, unhelpful, etc. If you have a pleasure to interact with Gigi, you'll know what I mean. I'll take my business to CVS across the street instead. Even though they are busy, at least most staff there are trying to be helpful. You can even go to Preston's, they are great there. Anywhere but this Walgreens."
