"This place sucks the maintenance people take two or six days to fix stuff in patriot pointe Apts. They have 3 maintenance men's they claim everything is fixed but it not like our washer or dishwasher door and water bugs coming into everyone apartments and we have to kill them and they won't let everyone transfer from apartment another a apartment."

"They have a roach problem. My friend lives here and his apartment is empty cause he just moved in. Roaches are aggressive . I wouldn’t recommend this place"

"I'm bored so ill write a review. I live here. Been here a year. Maybe we got lucky, but we love this place. Its quiet, neighbors are friendly, kids are outside playing til 9 at night so you know, it feels safe. Never had a package stolen or a car broken into. Its like a bubble back here. We have had no bugs other than maybe like two roaches in a whole year, which if you live any where thats going to happen. All the appliances work, and they seem to be pretty quick on maint. Calls. Yeah, no complaints other than the weed smoke every other day or so....but hey, its virginia and people think it means they can smoke in the house i guess..."

"I came here to visit my cousin for the summer but I want to leave early. The people that live in 177 Dillon drive apartment 5 stole this poor family’s large grocery order from Walmart that was put at their door by mistake by a delivery driver on 5/19/2023. The driver said he left the order at their door by mistake. The family went to the door to get their groceries back and the people in the apartment refused to answer the door.The woman and her son took that family’s 20 bags of groceries and are pretending like nobody knows they did it. Everyone is talking about it.The family that was robbed should have called the cops on those losers.I felt so bad seeing that woman and her daughter so upset after going to the thieves apartment twice to ask for their groceries back, and how terrible it was for those tenants to ignore them and kept all of that family’s stuff. Karma is real what you do to others will come back to you ten fold. God says so!It does not pay to be evil. This place is getting bad."

"I’m posting this review on another account but I will say living here has been pretty cool. It’s ridiculously central which is so convenient. I would say the only thing that wasn’t the best was the roach situation when we first moved in. We sprayed ourselves and got it pretty much handled though. They did offer terminex to come out but after a few sprays we had it handled. Honestly no matter where you go , there’s gonna be some sort of situation you will have to figure out. The maintenance team is honestly a 12/10. I mean you would call and they would be at your place within 20-30 minutes top even on the weekends! The front desk was always the best too! I mean seriously, so understanding and super friendly. unfortunately for us our unit has two Karen’s who wants everyone to fit their needs and wants and aren’t really considerate of the surrounding people. Obviously that’s not the complex’s fault but just kind of makes you feel like you’re a burden for literally living in a place you also pay rent for. Overall the place is pretty nice especially if you’re young and starting off. It’s great for families too as it’s right around the corner of a playground. Thank you patriot pointe and staff for all that you have done!"
